General Position Summary:
Provides
continuity to chapter by providing operational support to the board of
directors.
Essential Job Functions:
Educates Board on chapter bylaws and
state, area and SHRM relationships.
Serves as an advisor to special projects
as assigned by the President.
Compiles Merit Activity Plan material and submits annual SHRM Superior Merit
Award application by January 31 ~ for the previous year’ s activities.
Facilitates review of chapter bylaws
and prepares amendments and updates as appropriate.
Participates in the development and implementation of
short-term and long-term strategic planning.
Represents the chapter in the human
resources community.
Essential
Qualifications:
Past Chapter President.
Must be member in good standing of NHRMA/SI-LRM.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
